StampInkPaper Team Mother's Day BLOG HOP

 

Welcome to our StampInkPaper Team Mother's Day Blog Hop. A blog hop is where you 'hop' from blog to blog linked by the same theme, you may have arrived here from Clare McIlhatton's blog, or just happened upon the tour by chance. Our theme is of course Mother's Day. Each of our team members has made a card using Stampin' Up! products.

I chose the stamp set STIPPLED BLOSSOMS to use & here is my creation.....

 

Materials Used:

Stamp sets - Stippled Blossoms & Distressed Dots

Cardstock - Whisper White & Melon Mambo
Ink - Melon Mambo, Certainly Celery & Gumball Green

Other - Pearl Basic Jewels & Doily 

I made a few other cards using Stippled Blossoms also to show how versatile this set is.

 

 

 

The Stampin' Up stamp set Stippled Blossoms is a two-step stamping set. This means you choose a light & darker shade in the same colour. You stamp the image in the lighter ink & then stamp the shadow stamp over the top with the darker ink.
It looks so effective & yet it is so simple - MY TYPE OF CARD :)

 

This last card is for my Aunt to give to one of her dear friends. The lovely birthday lady is still very spritely & active even at 100 years of age. What a lucky lady :)
