PERFECTLY PRESERVED CARD CLASS

I just wanted to share the cards everyone will be making at my Perfectly Preserved Card Class this coming Saturday. All three are CASEd from other talented cardmakers with slight changes. Thank you to the original creators for their lovely inspiration.

JK Cards
I am really looking forward to Saturday's class and hope all of the ladies enjoy making these cards:)

Before I head off to bed I'll leave you with one last picture I took today. When I was reversing out of my driveway to take my daughter to school, look what we saw..........a family of 8 ducklings and their mum and dad walking down the middle of our street!!!  It was such a beautiful sight and my daughter Lily just loved them. We're not sure where they came from as we don't have any water close by but they seemed to know where they were heading. Look after yourselves little ducks. xx

I.LOVE.THIS.CARD.

Because it has all of the elements which make me happy - lots of colour, neutral background (Crumb Cake cardstock & First Edition Specialty DSP) and it was quick to make. Gotta be happy with that!!

The butterflies are made using the Beautiful Wings Embosslits folder with the Big Shot.  SO EASY TO USE. Five butterflies are punched out at once, each a different size & design.

If you are interested in learning more about the Big Shot, book a party and I can show you and your friends how it works.  Parties are free & they are fantastic fun. You & your guests get to play with stamps, inks, punches, paper etc to make your own card or project to take home. I provide all of the products & show everyone what to do. The products are very easy to use and NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.

If you would like to place an order, just give me a call 0403 700 099 or email me kyleandanne@optusnet.com.au if you would like more details :)

AVIARY......MY NEW FAVOURITE

The Aviary stamp set is my newest set and my new favourite!!! I used it last week to make some get well cards for my god-mother and a family friend and also a birthday card for my sister-in-law.

These cards all feature the lovely Twitterpated DSP which is simple yet effective for any occassion. And I think they look even better once I embossed them with polka dots embossing folder using Big Shot!!!

DONT FORGET about my NEW 2012/13 CATALOGUE LAUNCH PARTY on Saturday, 8 Sept at 3pm.  EVERYONE WELCOME.  No experience necessary. If you ever wanted to have a look at the Stampin' Up products but didnt want to commit to party NOW IS YOUR CHANCE!!!

NEW CARD CLASS - Sunday, 1 July at 2pm

Hi everyone. These are the projects I am going to teach in my next Card Class. The large box at the front is made from Whisper White & Pool Party (like Tiffany blue) cardstock. The cute little box at the back is made out of Regal Rose cardstock & patterned paper. It is actually a nicer pink in real life, NOT the salmon/melon colour in the photo.

As well as these two boxes we will be making 6 little gift cards to go inside the small box. I haven't posted a picture of the cards as they're not finished yet but I will post them in the next couple of weeks. Both of these boxes would make a lovely present to give someone special (or to keep for yourself!)

Date:    Sunday, 1 July
Time:   2pm
Place:   my home in Sutherland Shire (address when RSVPing)
RSVP:   0403 700 099 or kyleandanne@optusnet.com.au or comment on my blog!!

The cost of the class is $20 which includes all materials to make projects pictured (cardstock, ribbon, inks, markers, use of punches, big shot & adhesives, simply scored etc) lucky door prize and of course tea/coffee and a yummy afternoon tea!!  No experience necessary, come along for an afternoon of creativity & laughs :)

OTHER EXCITING NEWS............
Tomorrow I am heading to Canberra for the Stampin' Up Annual Convention so unfortunately I won't post anything here for a few days. BUT when I return next week I may be able to share some great things I saw, learnt, made whilst there so stay tuned!!
